Challenge
FrontRange Solutions is a Dublin-based software company that develops and markets applications focusing on customer and service management.
FrontRange approached NIA with a unique request: The company was in urgent need of marketing pieces for their Annual Sales Meeting that was taking place in just 1 week. While this would be challenging under any circumstances, it was especially difficult for NIA as the company had literally just completed a month-long, deadline-intensive project for another client and the creative team was exhausted. But the excitement of a new project and an opportunity to bring on a new client won out, resulting in a meeting that evening with FrontRange CEO Michael McCloskey.

Recommendations
NIA recommended the development of a range of media assets to support the FrontRange event, with the goal of entertaining the crowd while also informing them of the company's successes and plans for the coming year. Projects included spoofs of well-known movies since McCloskey was a big movie fan, as well as a fun music video featuring the home office staff singing "We Are the Champions" to motivate the sales reps at the meeting.

Solution
The NIA team began production over the weekend, shooting exteriors of the FrontRange building as well as the buildings belonging to their competitors. On Monday and Tuesday, the NIA crew shot footage of the FrontRange staff while McCloskey continued to refine the scripts for the videos. With final scripts in-hand on Wednesday and Thursday, the NIA production team edited into night to deliver final DVDs on Mother's Day before McCloskey left for Orlando.

Results
All assets were delivered on-time, and the event was a great success. The attendees were thoroughly entertained, raising the bar for next year's event.
